THE TRAVEL GUYS

Arrived on Bowen Island to little fanfare (meaning NO INCIDENTS (WHEW)!!!) then the next two days were NON-STOP hospitality by the good folks there.

Where to start...The B&B's there are absolutely great!!! (there are NO HOTELS on Bowen Island)...

We stayed at Seagarden B&B where the wonderful host Sheila Webster showcased her garden that she created from scratch, working relentlessly for TWO WHOLE MONTHS!!! What a work of art!!!

The host Jean Cleator of Hollybarry B&B, managed to keep our TV CREW & Hosts happy and self-contained (pretty good for the size of our crew)!!!

The BOWEN ISLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, the Restaurants, Scenery and sports activities ALL added to the FABULOUS EXPERIENCE we enjoyed - TOPPED OFF BY A SPECIAL NIGHT OF ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDED BY CHRISTIE GRACE at her studio.

We'll let you know when the episode is scheduled to air...

WASN'T THAT A PARTY!!!

OUT WITH THE OLD and in with the new!!! Last night's New Original Art owners Melanie Salvatore and Robin Ruddock entertained and WOW'd All with their FABULOUS works of ART!!!

Steven Schelling, Editor for WE - Weekly Vancouver publication, and Jimmy Gordon (one half of the duo Travel Guys), enjoyed the ambience and great layout of 1181...THE HOTTEST SPOT on Davie Street!!!

Rob Lord, Bar Manager of the Battersby, Howett architecturally designed lounge, ably provided great service at the bar who's look is straight out of NY (where Christie Grace and I will be heading shortly to record a couple of songs for her upcoming CD)...

Josh JUST HAD TO PURCHASE Mel's Original (pic shown here), as well as a PHONE CALL IN TO PURCHASE YET ANOTHER OF HER PIECES during the exhibition!!!
